e-sensia announces the acquisition of all of i-Virtual’s assets, including its Saphere technology.

Since its creation, e-sensia has been driven by a strong conviction: artificial intelligence can help caregivers assess patients faster and better, including remotely.

Until now, e-sensia’s approach has mainly focused on voice, at the heart of emergency medical dispatch (SAMU / Centre 15).

With Saphere, e-sensia is now adding a second modality: the contactless measurement of vital signs (heart rate, respiratory rate, variability, stress) from a simple video. A breakthrough technology, the result of several years of R&D and significant clinical work.

By bringing voice and vision together, e-sensia is taking a new step towards a multimodal remote clinical assessment.

Service continuity is guaranteed for all Saphere clients and users. e-sensia’s teams are already mobilized to support them.

This new chapter also marks the arrival within e-sensia of several talented people who contributed to the development of Saphere. Their expertise will strengthen the teams and support the company’s next phases of development.
